I'm always looking for non meat alternatives.  Some say they hate tofu but I think it's all in how you prepare it.  This sounds good.  I'd need to buy special stuff to make it so it's iffy that I ever will but it does look good.  So maybe?

Tofu Jerky

  I liked this quite a bit.  It takes awhile and then you'll want to eat it all at once.  But I will make it again.
