Savory Oat Burgers

I wrote the title just like on the recipe.  But it was an effort.  I wanted it to be Savoury.  And I've been told under no uncertain terms that it is NOT a burger if it is NOT meat.  It is a Patty.  So this is the SAVOURY OAT PATTIES recipe.
